opinion and background GROWTH through cooperation Partners in Novifarm go for sustainable growth After two years of lengthy preliminary discussions, the crop farmers Arie Noordam (59) and Hendrik Visser (36) and their economic partners decided to start working together. For this purpose, they entered into a joint venture in 2007, which they called Novifarm General Partnership. At that time, they assumed that the name would remain restricted to No (Noordam) and Vi (Visser). However, two years later, a third partner entered the new partnership, and last January, another one joined. The success of the partnership has progressed rapidly following its re-naming. An explanation for their Partnership and their opting for sustainable potato cultivation is given by the partners personally.
