The machine is equipped with: Octagonal drum featuring round holes for optimal product-friendly cleaning Double drum drive for long-term reliability Spray bar in the drum and clean-water spray bar above the product exit conveyor ensure optimal cleaning Outlet door with electrical drive for accurate output control and washing intensity settings Stand-alone electrical installation, including Siemenscontrolled touch screen, for simple automatic control. Upgrading an existing installation A customer in Switzerland approached DT Dijkstra to ask whether their existing installation could be upgraded and optimised. Intensive consultation with the client made it possible for DT Dijkstra to provide custom-made advice, which resulted in a comprehensive overhaul of their grading machine and the supply of a roll cleaner and several transport conveyors.
